Health checks and physicals are by appointment only.in order to continue to provide you with prompt and efficient, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Emergency and after Hours Policies If your child has an acute illness, please call our office to schedule a same day appointment.We have a telephone answering service for after hours coverage; please call our office number 770-414-0337 after hours. A children's Healthcare of Atlanta nurse will return your call and provide you with appropriate advice.However, for more difficult cases, you or the nurse may choose to contact the doctor on call.If you are referred to a children's Healthcare of Atlanta facility for after hours care, please call our office to schedule a follow up appointment the following day. Payment Information you if you have medical coverage. We participate in most insurance plans, Medicaid and Peachcare.Co-Payments and deductibles must be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard.There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. |
